How do I get the E-Bike?
E-Bikes are delivered directly to your vacation rental or hotel within a 30-minute window of your requested time. You can also choose to meet at the start point if preferred.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
